I'm Su Myat Noe Pwint, a Melbourne-based software engineer with over 10 years of experience building mobile, web, and AI solutions. Throughout my career, I've worked on diverse projects — from financial platforms to innovative applications for organizations such as RMIT University, Afterpay, REA Group, and Onlife.

My work often involves collaborating with stakeholders across different regions, navigating cultural differences, and aligning within overlapping timezones. This experience has shaped how I deliver solutions: not just technically sound, but also designed to help businesses grow, attract new customers, and deliver seamless experiences to existing ones.

Running Orlia Studio is personal. Every project I take on is approached with the same level of care, attention, and commitment I brought to my past roles. After years of sharpening my skills in established companies, I'm excited to bring that expertise directly to clients, helping them achieve measurable results.

While I'm based in Melbourne, I am growing my delivery team in Singapore and Myanmar. I work closely with my strategic partner, Alpha X Co., Ltd in Myanmar — who is a team of 25 developers, delivered over 50 projects with a 95% client satisfaction rate.
